HENRY Core Training

A 2-day in person course that builds the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to support families in creating a healthy, happy home life. Includes practical tools and conversation techniques and focuses on emotional wellbeing, healthy eating, routines and behaviour.

Professionals attending the free, two-day in-person training will:

• Adopt a partnership and empathetic approach to working with families around parenting skills, lifestyle habits, nutrition, physical activity and emotional wellbeing
• Adopt a strength-based and solution- focused approach to exploring family lifestyle issues
• Be able to provide clear messaging on healthy nutrition and physical activity for children aged 0 to 12 in a way that resonates with parents
• Receive additional toolkit of resources to utilise in professional practise to enhance skills and knowledge developed over the two days

• To receive certification Day 1 and Day 2 must be completed.
